Subscription Services:

  • Subscription Services allow users to subscribe to specific courses or collections of courses and will be charged automatically based on the chosen payment frequency.
  • Users can freeze or schedule the freeze of Subscription Services at any time without charge during the payment cycle. Freezing the subscription will revoke access to the Subscription Services, but users can resubscribe later.
  • Subscription Services discounts and promotions apply only for a limited time and to eligible items with the offer message on the item information pages.

  • Free trials of the Subscription Service are provided "as is" without warranty. EmpowRyse may suspend, limit, or terminate the trial at any time without notice.
  • Valid credit cards are the only payment method accepted for Subscription Services. The user authorizes EmpowRyse and its affiliates to debit the accounts at regular intervals.
  • Users may cancel the Subscription Services during the free trial period without incurring charges.
  • Subscription Services will remain in effect until cancelled. Reactivating a cancelled Subscription Service may not apply the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes, and users agree to pay applicable taxes for their use of the Subscription Service.

Limit of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or any other matter relating to the products.

However, the price paid at the time of purchase will remain valid.”
