As with any online purchase, there are certain terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

For Instructor-Led Training:
To qualify for a refund, you must satisfy the following conditions:

Should your refund request fail to meet any of these criteria, it will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Have not attended any classes.

Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.

You can initiate a refund request in two ways:

For single item purchases, go to the “My Orders” section and click on “Initiate Refund” for the relevant course.

If your purchase includes multiple items, please contact our support team through the Help & Support section on our website.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments:

Refunds for any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 15 working days after you have submitted your request.
